Spent the evening watching the election results. At one point, I got up to work on a mix (just some minor changes to Life) but the computer started to give me problems. I think the SSL Duende was dropping out on me. So, I just powered down and thought I’d deal with it in a bit. Then Indiana became too close to call.
Goodness, gracious, Great Balls of Fire.
It was actually a huge sigh of relief that I felt. No other way to explain it. It’ll be interesting to see how the next few days play out. But any attempt by both campaigns to begin to steer this ship toward the general election is ok by me. McCain has been getting a pass for too long now.
And yesterday found me getting the XB its long over due oil change. And some grocery shopping, and some loose end tying. I’ve also got a great bit of news coming on the personal side of things, but I want to wait til Saturday before making it official.
So, tonight, I’m going to catch up on mixes. I didn’t like what I did on Monday’s work, so I have to essentially roll back those changes. BLARGH. I wish I could do this all day rather than 3 hours a night and on weekends. It’s so frustrating.
