I was busy most of the weekend.
Friday night went and saw Seb and Gus with Goldn at the Viper Room. Gus hung out with myself and g-friend at a Sushi Bar nearby prior.
Saturday morning, I met with video director Eric Martinez to work on development of the video he wants to shoot for my song, There Won’t Be a Next Time.
He has most of his shot list composed, we just brainstormed on little things here and there. We hope to begin shooting in the next 2 weeks or so.
Saturday at noon participated in a message board hang. It was a little on the light side as it was a Saturday for chrissakes! But much fun, much fun.
Immediately after, I began recording the 1st Friends of Chance Cover Song. Ok, for those of you not in the know: everyone registered on my message board participate in polls where they suggest then choose a song for me to record. The two finalists for the first one were “Creep” by Radiohead and “Running to Stand Still” by U2.
The winner was Creep, so that is what I spent recording and mixing this weekend.
