With so many things coming up, i thought I’d just ramble.
The new shirts should be in any minute. Literally! They’re on a truck and should bedelivered by noon or so. Can’t wait to see what they look like.
Tomorrownight, we’re having our last practice (or 2nd to last practicedepending on how it goes haha) for our special invite only show. It’s acomplete re-envisioning of the songs. I’m playing Piano on just aboutall of them; Mike is playing acoustic and Steve is playing electric,and Bob is playing bass. Mike, our friend from the band Stripper, isplaying percussion on some of the songs while Adam is out of town.
Next week, we’re playing two shows in Northern California. Starting off with our debut in Oakland at a club called The Stork Club. Then we head up to Sacramento for our return to Club Retro.We LOVE Sacramento. The fans there are amazing. I really can’t wait forthis show. And it’s a Friday, so I’m hoping they’re bringing friends!
Just a week later, we return to The Vibein Riverside. It’s a great lineup, including Pretty in Stereo andElseworth. It’s a Friday night so most of our Inland Empire draw shouldbe there in full force!
Single 17is coming and man oh man. That’s all I can say. No wait, I have to saymore: Expect….the unexexpected. It’s not what you’re thinking, whatyou’re hoping for or what you’re expecting.
I wish I had time todo a quick video for it, it has so much potential for visuals, buteverything I come up with in my head is either too expensive or timeconsuming. (I really need to call my friend Melissa; I know she’ll probably be able to help!)
April 23rd is coming up too. That’s pretty cool. For me. 🙂
