Ahhh, the studio finally gets renovated.
It’s taken us a week so far:
New paint, some new furniture, new rug, new curtains, new acoustic panels, new lighting, and an overall SERIOUS improvement on vibe.
All that is left to do is to have the lighting installed, and to start cleaning up and figuring out what to do with the stuff we’re getting rid of (garage sale soon, for example).
I’ll post pictures when it’s done. You’ll giggle when you see the “before”.
I’m exhausted; wife tells me that the last few days I’ve been mixing up my words (like saying up when I meant down, over when I meant under; all antonym stuff).
So, tonight I’m going to do some cleanup and quit early. I need to rest because I’m probably going to get back to the mixes by tomorrow if not Wednesday.
