So, this morning—at around 6 AM—my li’l sis had a hysterectomy. It had been scheduled for a while. They were unsure as to whether or not they would remove her ovaries, but they, in fact, did.
The surgery was successful, and I’ll try to speak with her later today. Mom just called me to say everything was ok.
