Had planned on jamming with Guitar Player #2 (TBA) today but he was laid off from his job and had to postpone. At the very least he anticipated it, so just wanted to go into survival mode for the evening to plot his way back into the job force. He’s super talented so he’ll be fine, I feel.
Plan now is to do our 1st run through either tomorrow or Friday.
So, what I’m going to do is begin mixing the backing tracks for the show. You know; the loops, percussion and drum samples that make up the complete sound.
You think I’m kidding? This show is going to be massive. Ok, well in my mind anyway. My enthusiasm shall remain untethered.
E-mailed the Bass Player today and we have scheduled Jan 10th for our 1st run through. By the way: he’s pretty good too… hehehe
